Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady vs. The Vaudevillains
Enzo and Big Cass are insanely over. In their entrance, during the match, they have the crowd in the palms of their hands.
Simon Gotch and Aiden English have an awesome new addition to their entrance, a “ringmaster” appears on the Tron and gives both men and introduction. Both men are already standing on the stage, and when their names are announced, a spotlight comes down on them. It’s perfect for their characters.
After The Legionnaires came out, Big Cass became distracted and Simon Gotch rolled him up for the win.
Gotch and English defeat Cassady and Amore via pinfall.
2.5 out of 5 stars – Decent enough match.
The Ascension backstage
The Ascension talked about teams coming for the NXT Tag Team Championship. They said that no matter what a team does, they will always be “the hunted”, and Konnor and Viktor will be “the hunters”. This was nothing special at all.
