Jack Swagger vs. Cesaro

I am very disappointed that Cesaro did not get his entrance played again. They’re really burying the guy. What happened to Cesaro being the one who was supposed to get the big push from this duo?

There was decent action traded back and forth through this match with Swagger taking control for about half the match. We saw The Swiss Superstar target the ribs for most of the match after Rusev injured him there last week.

They actually turned this into a solid match. It seems like Cesaro is stepping into Alberto Del Rio’s old role already. Unfortunately, he would tap out to Swagger’s Ankle Lock.

3.5 out of 5 stars – It was a good match put on between the two, however WWE’s use of Cesaro bothers me a lot.

Rusev and Lana would come out to wave the Russian flag for a few seconds as we would cut to commercial.

Jack Swagger wins via submission.

3.2 out of 5 stars – It was decent overall. We’ll see how much time Rusev and Swagger get next week.
