WWE Raw Review: SummerSlam Hype is the Focus

John Cena’s Response

“Ladies and gentlemen, my name is John Cena.”

He mocked Paul Heyman’s previous speech and gave passionate statements on why he will beat Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam and why The Beast Incarnate does not deserve the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

I give Cena some respect for this promo. Him pretty much asking the fans to boo him as a babyface takes some guts. He then pushes for Lesnar to come to the ring to kick him out of it but he never shows up.

3.8 out of 5 stars – Good job by Cena on this one. There was a couple of weird comments but he sold the feud effectively in this segment.
