Dean Ambrose vs. Cesaro

I thought an ambulance was outside when I heard Cesaro’s new music. What was that? Maybe that’s why we haven’t heard his music lately.

These two have faced off before and put on some good matches. It also does seem like Cesaro is already in the Del Rio role as the heel who makes everyone look better.

Cesaro took advantage with a couple of moves early on as well as a suplex that seemed to hurt.

I think Ambrose bit Cesaro’s nose on top of the turnbuckle too. He capped it off with a nice Tornado DDT. The Swiss Superstar then hit a nasty uppercut. I love that move. We then get the “This is Awesome!” chants. It’s deserved because these two work so well together.

Following the win, Seth Rollins comes down and cuts a promo on their match scheduled for SummerSlam. Dean didn’t have to say anything but his motions in the ring during the message sold his gimmick all too well.

3.7 out of 5 stars – Very good match with a solid promo from Rollins to finish off the segment. Looking forward to Ambrose-Rollins this Sunday.
