SmackDown Review: Roman Reigns vs. The Miz

Orton made sure to everybody know that Roman Reigns won a battle, but not a war. He said that one match is not enough to make him a loser, and it’s certainly not enough to make Reigns a winner. He said that he is now more focused than ever, and that when he is focused, he lives up to his nicknames, like “Legend Killer”, “Apex Predator”, and “The Viper”. Orton then introduced the footage of his beatdown on Reigns from Raw, about a month ago.
Orton turned his attention to his opponent for the night, Rob Van Dam. He said that RVD is purely collateral damage, and he will make an example out of him. He’s going to show Reigns, all the other WWE Superstars, and the world, what he can do when he is focused.
Good promo from Orton. It was short, but he did a really good job of getting his message across.
