WWE RAW Preview: Possible Progress for Feuds?

To make this a better show, WWE needs to get fans caring about the Intercontinental Championship and United States Championship more as we head towards Night of Champions. The feuds for them (Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz and Sheamus vs. Cesaro) need more attention because of the lackluster card that’s being built up for NOC. This card looks very similar to SummerSlam, though, right? How can it look this weak so far (this topic will be touched on later).

The IC Title should see the TV time it usually gets every week. We could see Ziggler and another member of the roster square off against Miz and his new stunt double Damien Mizdow in a tag team match to promote the feud. That could be fairly entertaining.

As for the US Title, everyone is aware that WWE doesn’t give this belt too much time on TV. When they do, it almost feels forced, which is how this feels right now between Cesaro and Sheamus.

The #1 contender match for the title felt thrown together since WWE Creative probably remembered at the last second that NOC has every belt defended.

Hopefully we see more proper attention to both of these belts tonight. It’s just a matter of time before these feuds get merged together.
