Titus O’Neil, Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Tyson Kidd and William Regal promo

Titus talked about how lucky the crowd was to be in his presence. He said that since Zayn, Neville, Kidd and Tyler Breeze wanted to take time away from him by being on Raw, he was going to take some of their time on NXT. Titus said he was going to stay in the ring all night if he had to, as he rebranded the show “NXTITUS”. Titus was not met pleasantly by the NXT Universe, the biggest reaction he got was a “We want Darren” chant.

Zayn came out and heavily mocked Titus. He said NXT needed a big guy who was incapable of winning matches. Zayn also mocked him for consistently getting embarrassed by Adam Rose’s bunny. Zayn seemed set to defend NXT, but not for long.

Neville came out and made it clear that if somebody was going to defend NXT, it would be him, the NXT Champion. Neville and Zayn started to get into words a bit, as Zayn contended that he had that title won at TakeOver, and that he is more than capable of defending NXT.

Kidd came out and poked at Zayn and Neville, as the tension between them developed. He said that Zayn is right to be disappointed in Neville, and that he is disappointed as well. Neville said that he did what he had to do to retain, and Zayn said he wouldn’t have done it. Neville pointed out that that’s the reason why Zayn will never be champion.

Titus interjected again and said that he doesn’t care about what’s going on between Zayn and Neville, he’s going to take control of NXT.

The new GM then came out and made a tag team match, Neville and Zayn vs. Titus and Kidd.

Of all the main roster guys that have come to visit at NXT, Titus might just be the least interesting of them all. That being said, I’m very interested in what’s developing between Zayn and Neville, and they did a great job of furthering that here.
