Rusev vs. Dolph Ziggler

Before the match, we get a video from Raw of Rusev and the Rock’s run-in. I loved that segment so much.

The Bulgarian Brute dominated the early portion of the match with Ziggler not being able to do much.

Dolph would eventually be able to get in some offense and make this a pretty solid match. These two had good chemistry together and could have many great matches down the line.

Rusev wins via submission.

3.0 out of 5 stars – I enjoyed this match a lot, but I hated the finish. Ziggler losing only devalued the Intercontinental Championship even more. This should have ended in a disqualification or Rusev should have had a different opponent if WWE wanted him to “get back on track.”

The Rock/Stephanie McMahon/Triple H Backstage Segment

We see a segment between these three that took place after Raw on Monday.

Triple H and Rock talk about the glory days on SmackDown about how they kicked the snot out of each other. They also teased a future WrestleMania match. I would certainly not mind seeing these two lock up again for a final time.
