John Cena and Dean Ambrose vs. Kane, Randy Orton and Seth Rollins in a 3-on-2 Handicap Street Fight
Even though it’s a Street Fight, they tagged in and out because reasons.
Ambrose and Rollins got things going, as Ambrose put a beating on Rollins, while also toying with Kane and Orton.
Ambrose was still in control after the match broke down at ringside, but he lost his focus looking for weapons, and that allowed Kane to take out him and Cena, finally bringing control to The Authority’s side.
It continued to be about Ambrose vs. Rollins, until Orton tagged himself in. It was a little contentious, but him and Rollins then started to work well together, as they worked Ambrose over.
Ambrose eventually made the hot tag to Cena. Cena hit his comeback on Rollins, before Kane ran in and took an AA. Cena went for a table, then tried to put Rollins through it, but he countered and threw Cena into a chair in the corner.
After taking a few shots from the steps, Ambrose ended up on the outside. Orton, Rollins and Kane called for the Cell to be lowered, but just before it hit the ground, Ambrose was able to sneak under it and stay in the match.
Ambrose got the hot tag from Cena, and he tore into all three of his opponents, with a little help from a chair and a kendo stick.
The final sequence saw Orton counter an AA attempt from Cena, sending Cena right into a chokeslam from Kane. Ambrose delivered the new Dirty Deeds to Kane. Orton hit Ambrose with an uppercut, leading to Ambrose going for the Nigel McGuinness lariat, but Orton hit an RKO and pinned Ambrose.
Orton, Rollins and Kane defeat Ambrose and Cena via pinfall.
After the match, Rollins hit Orton with a curb stomp, then climbed the cage and stood on top, while all four men were laid out below him. A wonderful shot to close the show.
5 out of 5 stars – All five men came out of this match looking great, and we finally saw things come to a head between Orton and Rollins. It wasn’t a five star match, but it was a five star segment. Couldn’t have been done any better.
