Stardust worked on Fernando early, but Fernando started to come back and the match broke down pretty quickly.
El Torito sent Goldust flying into The Miz and Damien Mizdow on commentary, which was all part of a big commotion that distracted Stardust. The distraction allowed Fernando to hit a backstabber for the win.
Fernando defeats Stardust via pinfall.
1 out of 5 stars – This is what WWE does with the tag team division. Take a comedy team, treat them seriously for a week or two, give them a title shot, have them lose it, return them to comedy status. It’s a really poor approach.
