(6 appearances, 5 wins, 6 eliminations)

For a large number of wrestling fans, this would be considered a surprising selection. Some people reading this may not even know who Tito Santana is. The former Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion was a prominent mid-card star in the 1980’s and early 90’s, but was never able to break away into the main event scene. But, when Survivor Series came along, Santana became an integral component of whatever team he found himself on, either as one who scored crucial eliminations or simply as a good luck charm. The fiery superstar was hugely popular with fans and a great hand to work with, either as a teammate or an opponent.

Santana began his Survivor Series infatuation as part of the talented Strike Force team, before he was later betrayed and abandoned by his partner Rick Martel. But, Santana and his flying forearm continued to play a crucial part in defeating his foes and helping his team. Although he was never one of the biggest stars in the company and as such played more of a support role than leading from the front, his record of eliminations and surviving two of his matches indicates that he could surprise a few people.
