Tyson Kidd vs. CJ Parker
It’s been a while since Parker’s been on TV, but he didn’t look too bad here.
Kidd got the win when he hit the swinging fisherman neckbreaker, which he’s used as a finisher recently, but this time, he immediately locked in the Sharpshooter and forced Parker to tap out.
Kidd defeats Parker via submission.
2.5 out of 5 stars – I really want to know why they haven’t developed Kidd’s character in the past and made him world champion, he is great. Plus, the finisher directly into the submission was a great heel move.
Tyson Kidd promo
Kidd again played himself as a third generation member of the Hart family, which he is not.
He then referred to some advice “Uncle Bret” gave him, saying that Bret told him not to wait for opportunities, but to go out and get them. Kidd challenged Finn Balor to a match, and said that Balor would be “excellently executed.”
Even Kidd’s promos are great, what is he missing? (Hint: nothing.)
