Erick Rowan w/ Tom Phillips
Phillips asked Rowan if he regretted attacking Big Show, but Rowan just shook his head “no.” Philips went on to reveal that Rowan’s IQ borders on “genius,” he’s an award-winning wine-maker, among other things, so why’s he after Show. Rowan simply replied that Show is a bully.
Big Show promo
Show confirmed that he is a bully, and said that he has to be. He said he was ready to show Erick Rowan how much of a bully he really is.
I hate everything Show does, so I’m not happy somebody handed him a mic.
Big Show vs. Erick Rowan
Rowan came out firing, but Show used his experience advantage to out-smart Rowan and take over.
Rowan would find his way back into the match, but once that started, Show got him to the outside and attacked him with the steel steps.
Rowan defeats Show via DQ.
2.75 out of 5 stars – Show did a good job with Rowan here. Made Rowan look good, while still staying on top for the most part, delaying any payoff for Rowan thus far.
Vince McMahon w/ Renee Young
Vince hyped his live appearance on Steve Austin’s podcast, airing on WWE Network right after Raw.
Renee asked Vince if he was considering bringing The Authority back, but he reminded her that the only person with that power is John Cena.
Vince, if nothing else, appears to be having fun with his on-screen appearances.
