WWE NXT Review: Final Build to TakeOver: R Evolution

Neville talked about all the things he has done to defend the title recently, but said that he is not proud of those things. He said that Zayn is too nice, and that with his attitude, he will never be a champion. This brought Zayn out with a purpose.

Before Zayn could speak, Neville told him that he has thought about Zayn’s claim that he will leave WWE if he can’t beat Neville. Neville said he refuses to hold himself responsible for the end of Zayn’s career, and that what Zayn does after the match is his business.

Zayn didn’t want to hear it anymore. Zayn asked about Neville’s claim that he is too nice, and took exception to Neville practically comparing Zayn to his little sister. Neville said he respects Zayn, probably more than he respects anybody else in the world, and stuck his hand out for a handshake. Zayn went to shake Neville’s hand, but pulled away and shook his head. He said that this is the mistake he always makes, this is where he’s too nice. Zayn ended up slapping the taste out of Neville’s mouth, and told him he’s coming to TakeOver to end Neville’s story as NXT Champion.

Though Neville may have been a bit boring at the beginning, he got better towards the end, while Zayn was absolutely fantastic.
