Bray Wyatt promo
Wyatt wondered why people surround themselves with loved ones at the holidays. He guessed that loved ones make people feel safe. He said there is another world outside you window, “the real world.” He said that this world only featured pain and suffering, and called it his world, where he is king.
Wyatt said he has taken Ambrose to “his world,” once before, and he’s going to do it again.
Strong promo from Wyatt.
Bray Wyatt vs. Dean Ambrose
This match devolved into a a disaster pretty quickly.
The match was all about getting as many objects involved as they could. Ambrose started by throwing Wyatt into piles of Christmas presents, and using steel chairs, while Wyatt responded by throwing Ambrose into tables and Christmas trees.
The carnage continued from both men, all the way until the end of the match, which came with Ambrose on top of a ladder. Wyatt launched a chair up at Ambrose, knocking him off the ladder, then throwing him face first into a kendo stick laid on the top rope, which allowed him to get the win.
Wyatt defeats Ambrose via pinfall.
After the match, Wyatt returned to attack Ambrose, but Ambrose had a fire extinguisher. Ambrose then put Wyatt on a table on the floor, then came through the table with an elbow off the top rope.
2.25 out of 5 stars – These guys just aren’t having matches that connect with me.
