Kane vs. Ryback

Kane had the advantage, as the match started slow. However, once Ryback started to gain the advantage, Rusev made his entrance.

Rusev tried to interfere, but Ryback hit him before he could. Ryback turned right into a chokeslam attempt, but Ryback countered and got the win with a Shell Shocked.

Ryback defeats Kane via pinfall.

Rusev and Kane both got up and got back in the ring. Ryback tried to fight them off, but walked right into a superkick from Rusev, sending him right into a chokeslam from Kane.

After Kane walked away, Rusev locked in The Accolade, until multiple officials ran down to the ring and Lana made him break the hold.

2 out of 5 stars – I don’t think it’s all that possible for Ryback and Kane to have a good match together.

Rusev, Lana and Hulk Hogan backstage

Rusev and Lana were celebrating their decimation of Ryback, until they ran into Hogan.

Hogan was fuming, and told Rusev to start “saying his prayers and taking his vitamins,” because he would be defending his United States Championship later in the night, “brother…and sister.”

I can’t help but notice that we have seen Rusev and Lana in quite a few comedy spots recently. I don’t know if it means anything, but it’s something to keep an eye on.
