Roman Reigns vs. Rusev
Reigns and Rusev brawled early on, like the brawlers that they are. Trading early haymakers and trying to knock the other off their game. Eventually, Reigns took the advantage by clearing Rusev from the ring.
When SmackDown returned from commercial, Rusev was in complete control, and shut down a few sparks of offense from Reigns.
Reigns was finally able to get his offense going, starting to his his put away moves, like the flying clothesline, but Rusev countered the Superman Punch with a dropkick, and looked to put Reigns away with a superkick, but Reigns caught it, hit Rusev with a big slap, then hit Rusev with a Superman Punch.
Rusev went out of the ring, and when Reigns got him back in, Big Show came down to the ring. Reigns hit Show with a Superman Punch, but walked right into a superkick from Rusev.
Reigns hit a spear on Rusev, but Show pulled him away from the pin and attacked him at ringside.
Reigns defeats Rusev via DQ.
After the match, Show and Reigns continued to brawl, with Show looking to chokeslam Reigns through the table. Reigns countered that and hit a big dropkick on Show, then threw him over the table and buried him under it.
2.25 out of 5 stars – Even with the SmackDown edited crowd reactions, watch the crowd, you may not hear their true reaction, but you can see it. This match didn’t get much. Reigns is in serious trouble.
