Viktor talked about “So called, dominant tag teams” in WWE history. He brought up The Road Warriors and The Powers of Pain, as Konnor came up with bad ways of mocking them. It was a funny kind of bad, though.
The Ascension vs. two local wrestlers
Konnor dominated, tagged in Viktor, who dominated, then tagged in Konnor so they could hit Fall of Man. Poor guy never even was able to tag out of the match.
The Ascension defeat two local wrestlers via pinfall.
Credit to WWE for taking the uproar, which was mostly caused by Lance Storm, and adding it to the storyline. JBL was all over them for comparing themselves to legends when they haven’t done much of anything.
