Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks for the NXT Women’s Championship
The two played off their long history together, having a very long tie-up that ended up with them rolling around on the mat, then rolling to the floor.
Charlotte took over on the floor, and sent Banks back to the ring, all while avoiding an attack from Becky Lynch.
As the match went to the ring, Charlotte was in control, and Lynch ran in the ring and attacked her, causing a DQ.
Charlotte defeats Banks via DQ.
After the match, Banks gave Lynch a slight shove, then they teamed up to beat Charlotte down, until Bayley made the save.
With Lynch and Banks standing on the ramp, the title ended up in Bayley’s hands, but she held it a bit too long. Charlotte ripped it out of Bayley’s hands, and Bayley responded with a Belly-to-Bayley.
William Regal then came out and made a Women’s Championship Match for February 11th: Charlotte vs. Bayley vs. Lynch vs. Charlotte.
The match the crowd didn’t even know they wanted. The announcement got the second “Thank you, Regal” chant of the night.
Kevin Owens interview backstage
Owens was on his phone, when a new interviewer walked up to him.
The interviewer asked what Owens had to say about his February 11th match with Sami Zayn. Owens said he would say what he had to say next week, to Zayn’s face.
