Daniel Bryan vs. Seth Rollins, Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble in a 3-on-1 Handicap Match

Mercury started the match, and was completely dominated by Bryan, until he tagged out to Noble, who suffered the same fate.

Finally, Rollins decided to enter the match. When he did, he took a little offense from Bryan, but he was able to establish control over the match.

Rollins did tag back out to Noble, who did his best to keep the advantage, but eventually lost it to Bryan. Bryan went for a running dropkick in the corner, but Rollins pulled Noble out of the way, and tagged himself in. Rollins took advantage of Bryan missing the dropkick, and really took over the match.

Rollins, Mercury and Noble worked together, keeping the advantage, until Mercury and Noble celebrated a bit too early, and Bryan hit a hurricanrana on Rollins off the middle rope.

Bryan then came back against Mercury and Noble, while hitting a few big moves on Rollins to keep him on the outside.

Mercury rolled Bryan up for a nearfall, and Bryan immediately locked in the Yes Lock, making Mercury tap out pretty quickly.

Bryan defeats Mercury, Noble and Rollins via submission.

After the match, Kane came out and attacked Bryan, bringing him back down to the ring. Kane, Mercury, Noble and Rollins attacked Bryan, until Rollins finished him off with a Curb Stomp.

3.25 out of 5 stars – This was a pretty well-built match, considering the circumstances. I don’t love having 3-on-1 Handicap Matches where the “1” wins, but Mercury and Noble aren’t active wrestlers, and they were utilized very well in this match.

Fun Fact: Last time Bryan and Noble shared a ring, Bryan defeated Noble for the ROH World Championship at Glory by Honor 4.
