Reigns talked about this time last week, when he stood in the ring as the winner of the Royal Rumble, on his way to WrestleMania 31. However, this time last week, Reigns found out that The Authority don’t want him in that spot, and that he’s going to have to fight for it.
Reigns said that’s fine, and that he’s going to spear whoever gets in his way. Cue Bryan’s entrance.
Bryan came out and said that Reigns has some advantages over him, but he joked that they are even in the looks department. Bryan said he has a decided advantage when it comes to wrestling.
The Authority came out, minus Seth Rollins (who right around this time was having some Twitter issues). Triple H addressed Sting, calling him a “coward.” He said he wants to hear an answer about their face-to-face confrontation at Fastlane.
Stephanie then addressed Reigns and Bryan, saying that they seem to be very antagonistic recently, and that it probably has something to do with their match at Fastlane.
She was upset with Reigns after his spear on Big Show last week, when Show was just trying to patrol ringside to make sure things stayed fair.
She was also upset with Bryan for putting Kane into a casket and closing the top. Bryan responded that The Authority put him in that match, and that it is nothing compared to what Triple H has done in caskets, referencing the famed Katie Vick angle.
Stephanie said she was going to give them a chance to get in the ring before Fastlane, putting them together in a tag team match vs. Show and Kane.
Reigns’ delivery wasn’t awful, but he tripped over his words a bit too much. Bryan was good, but he’s never anything special on the mic. Triple H and Stephanie were a little weak as well. They’re act might be wearing a bit thin.
