Dolph Ziggler vs. Bray Wyatt
After some early offense from Wyatt, Ziggler returned in kind with some high-energy offense, which clearly took Wyatt back a bit.
Wyatt immediately jumped back on offense, but Ziggler kept in it, and he was on top when Raw went to commercial.
When they returned, Wyatt was in control, and shut down a few flurries of offense from Ziggler. Until Ziggler finally got his comeback going.
Ziggler had a few really close nearfalls on Wyatt, including when he countered out of Sister Abigail and hit a superkick. However, Wyatt was able to catch him with Sister Abigail for the win.
Wyatt defeats Ziggler via pinfall.
After the match, Wyatt looked like he was going to continue his attack on Ziggler, but instead, he just stood over him.
3.75 out of 5 stars – Really good match.
The only in-ring problem with Wyatt right now is that he can’t lose, so it makes the ends of his matches anti-climactic. I have my complaints about his promos, but he’s clicking in the ring right now, and it’s no secret that Ziggler is a star.
