When The Ascension made their entrance, Bryan entered the match, and him and Reigns talked in a way that seemed like they realized they needed to get back on the same page.
Bryan and Viktor battled it out as things got started, with Viktor having a slight advantage. Bryan tried to get back into it as he got Viktor in a headlock, then Viktor threw him over the ropes and dropped down, while Konnor pulled the ropes down and low-bridged Bryan out of the ring.
Both members of The Ascension jumped on Bryan, until Reigns came in to help him out. Viktor threw an already weakened Bryan into the timekeeper’s area, and then joined Konnor in double-teaming Reigns, then switching back-and-forth between Reigns and Bryan.
Eventually, the referee disqualified The Ascension, but they still took the time to hit Bryan with Fall of Man. They looked to do the same to Reigns, but some extra referees came out to stop them.
Bryan and Reigns eliminate The Ascension via DQ.
