The Miz and Bad News Barrett backstage

Miz said he needed Damien Mizdow to be knocked down a few pegs, and asked Barrett if he could take care of that for him. He said if Barrett could, then he would take care of Barrett’s “Dean Ambrose” problem.

Barrett said that was a deal that could be arranged. He told Miz to have his people call his people.

Damien Mizdow vs. Bad News Barrett

Mizdow came out aggressive, but every time he got on offense, Miz summoned him to ringside.

They did this dance a few times, until Miz sent Mizdow back in the ring, where Barrett was waiting with a Bullhammer.

Barrett defeats Mizdow via pinfall.

After the match, Ambrose ran out and attacked everybody. He used a zip-tie to tie Barrett’s hands to the ring post, then grabbed hold of Barrett’s hand and forced him to sign the contract for their Intercontinental Championship Match at Fastlane.

2.75 out of 5 stars – Not much of a match to speak of, but Miz was phenomenal, and Ambrose makes everything great.

Bray Wyatt backstage

Wyatt was hammering nails in what seemed to be a coffin. He asked how to “shape the heart of a man that can never truly die.”

He told the target of his attention to find him.

The only reason to have Wyatt appear three times on one show, cutting backstage promos each time, is to have The Undertaker come out next week. Next week works too, because by next week, no PPVs will stand between us and WrestleMania 31.
