Adrian Neville vs. Kevin Owens

Owens tried to escape to the outside early, but Neville learned from Sami Zayn, and he went out to attack him. The match started hot, with a lot of action, but once Owens got his hands wrapped around Neville, the pace slowed, and Owens went to work.

Owens stayed in control, until Neville was able to pull out a spike DDT to create some space. Both men came to their feet and started trading punches, but it was Neville who came out of it with the momentum. Neville went to the top, as Owens went to the outside, and Neville hit a huge moonsault to the floor.

Neville kept up the advantage, as he never let Owens get any breathing room, despite Owens’ multiple attempts to escape to the floor.

Owens finally cut Neville off with a running back elbow, catching Neville coming off the ropes. Neville rolled to the corner, as Owens went for a cannonball, but Neville hit him with a superkick and reverse hurricanrana for a nearfall.

Neville went to the top and attempted a shooting star press, but Owens got out of the way, and Neville turned right around into a pop-up powerbomb.

Owens defeats Neville via pinfall.

3.75 out of 5 stars – Excellent match. Neville displayed his athleticism and his strength, and Owens looked like a world-beating superstar.
