Mr. Money in the Bank was the first person to ever cash in at Wrestlemania and became the WWE WHC after pinning Reigns. Rollins is the most complete heel on the roster and is now the Authority’s champion. He may have stumbled against Randy Orton earlier in the night, but he pulled off one of the most memorable moments in Wrestlemania history by successfully cashing in. Rollins now goes into Monday’s Raw as WWE World Heavyweight Champion and the best wrestler in the WWE.
