John Cena managed to score the first pinfall over Rusev to win the United States Championship. Cena, a 15 time World Champ brings more prestige to a title that prior to Rusev had fallen on hard times. Cena has a lot of momentum coming out of the show of shows, and we will have to wait and see how Cena uses this win and if his feud with Rusev will continue.
