Dolph Ziggler vs. Seth Rollins
This match was made by Triple H earlier in the night.
Rollins and Ziggler begin by going back and forth, trading elbows and suplexes.
We come back from commercial to see Ziggler trying to get an edge on Rollins, but the Champion continued to take advantage (as they noted on the WWE App).
Ziggler would finally start to get some momentum by hitting a huge DDT to nearly get a pinfall. Rollins would then go for a rollup pin, but not be able to capitalize. He then hit an inseguri, but failed to get the pin again.
Moments later, Ziggler would hit a huge super kick, but not be able to get the pin once again.
Sheamus would then run out and cause a distraction. This led to Rollins hitting a powerbomb on Ziggler and a weird looking double-arm DDT for the win. The curb stomp really is gone.
Seth Rollins defeats Dolph Ziggler via pinfall.
3.0 out of 5 stars
After the match, Rollins would get on the microphone and gloat, only for Triple H to interrupt. The Game went to praise Rollins, but he grabbed the mike away and starting gloating again. He says he’ll defeat Rollins and make Kane obsolete as the Guardian of the Gate.
Kane would immediately come down to confront Rollins, only for him to have the cage lowered down to protect him. The Corporate Monster would be stopped by The Authority. However, Randy Orton would sneak into the ring! He hits a big RKO on Rollins and leaves the champ down to close the show.
