Dudley Death Drop

Tag team finishers – just like tag team wrestling – they are a lost art.  All the great teams had them and when they were used it spelled the end for their opposing team. The Dudley’s had one of the best tag team finishers of all time.  It required perfect timing and out of the hundreds of times I saw the Dudley’s do this move – I never saw it mistimed.

A wrestler either comes running at D-Von or he’d shoot them off the ropes and out of nowhere – BAM! Bubba Ray nails the falling wrestler with the neck breaking cutter. Of course like almost any move, it was even better when a table was involved and on a few occasions a flaming table.

This move is special because you never saw anything like it before and how great these two wrestlers were able to pull of this move with such precision. Tag team finishers are so rare as it is and a great one like this really shouldn’t be duplicated.

A team would be better off trying to create something new – copying this move would only put them forever in the shadow of Team 3D.
