Goldust says he would make a proud WWF Champion in an interview with Kevin Kelly, but gets attacked from behind by an angry Dude Love.

DX comes walking down to the ring with a purpose. Helmsley gets on the microphone and says DX should be on top of the world. He says nobody is going to kill his buzz (directs it towards D.O.A.). HHH then calls out anyone from the back and says he will face someone for the WWF European Championship right now. 8-Ball from D.O.A. comes out. However, Dan Severn would run out with Jim Cornette to accept.

Cornette demands that Severn doesn’t wrestle and slaps him. However, this would lead the former UFC star taking out Cornette with a toss and an attack to his shoulder.
