Four Corners Tag Match: Kidd & Cesaro vs Los Matadores vs Lucha Dragons vs The Ascension

Result: Lucha Dragons def. Los Matadores by pinfall when Kalisto pins Diego (2nd Rope Hurricanrana)

Rating: 2.7 stars out of 5 stars

This match featuring four of the teams for the Elimination Chamber Tag Titles match also had the other two teams, the New Day and the Primetime Players also at ringside on commentary. Titus O’Neil and Xavier Woods were on commentary and did a great job playing off of each other. Example:

O’Neil: Why Big E sweat so much? He okay?

Woods: He benches 575 and squats 800. One day when you grow up, maybe you’ll be big and strong like him.

To the action, Kidd and Kalisto start out. All members get time in the ring, with the Ascension being the first team to gain an upper hand, isolating Sin Cara. Los Matadores and the Ascension keep tagging in each other to the other’s surprise, which leads to a brawl between the two teams. Cesaro gets the hot tag and hit a big swing/dropkick combo. Chaos breaks loose and Kidd dives to the outside. Sin Cara ends up hitting a plancha onto all the superstars on the outside, except for Diego and Kalisto who are legal in the ring. Kalisto hits a nice 2nd rope hurricanrana for the pin and the win.

Lucha Dragon’s chants of “Lucha Lucha Lucha” seem very over with the crowd. A fun match with a lot going on.
