Ambrose and Rollins would slowly go back and forth for the beginning of this match until the champion took over for a brief time. Ambrose took over momentarily, too with a running bulldog.

Outside the ring, Rollins started throwing Ambrose into the steel steps before getting attacked with a dive through the ropes.

As Rollins went for a dive of his own, Ambrose put the ladder up, causing The Architect to go head first into it. After the ladder was set up, both men climbed it and fought to climb up.

The ladder would get placed on the top rope. Moments later, Ambrose hit a big suplex, causing Rollins to land on it.

Ambrose would climb the ladder and hit a big bionic elbow onto Rollins’ head (a tribute to Dusty Rhodes).

As Ambrose went to climb again, Rollins took out a chair and smashed the former CZW star’s legs, causing him to fall. Rollins would continue to go to work on the legs of his former Shield brother. After some taunting, Ambrose came back for a moment until Rollins attacked the leg again. He would put the figure four lock on Ambrose, which didn’t help matters at all.

Rollins would put another figure four on Ambrose inside the ring. This would incite Ambrose, causing him to start throwing punches and eventually break the hold after reversing the pressure.

Rollins would break out the chair again with Ambrose upside down on the turnbuckle. He then hit a double foot stomp on his chest to continue the assault.

As Rollins tried setting up the ladder, Ambrose came back on one leg to stop him. Rollins would go for a move off the tope rope but Ambrose would throw the chair at him! This set up something else from Rollins but he landed on top of the rope and got knocked off.

Ambrose would begin throwing punches and Rollins answered back for a brief time. The two eventually went outside the ring and Dean went down.

Rollins squirmed his way back into the ring with the ladder and missed a toss of it onto Ambrose, who came back in and hit a big lariat.

The frenzy would break out into the audience, as the two started fighting viciously. Rollins would head to the ring with Ambrose nowhere in sight. As Rollins struggled to get his ladder, Ambrose came out of nowhere and tackled him!

The match would get back into the ring. As Rollins went to attack Ambrose, he tossed him over the ropes onto the ladder! Wow!

As Ambrose set up the ladder and struggled to get up it, Rollins got up and both went out over the ropes again! Ambrose then clotheslined him over the Spanish announce table.

They would stand on the table and Rollins went for the Pedigree, only for Ambrose to counter and hit Dirty Deeds!

Ambrose climbed to the top of the ladder but Rollins took him out with a TV monitor. It hit his injured leg, too.

Rollins started to climb slowly until Ambrose grabbed him. They both went off the ladder. Rollins then hit a massive Pedigree but struggled to get up.

As Rollins started climbing, Ambrose miraculously got up. Rollins would get off the ladder and sent out of the ring. He then pulled The Lunatic Fringe out and threw him into the ladder. He would throw him into the barricade, twice.

Rollins began stacking chairs onto a ladder. He would slam Dean down on it and injure himself, too.

Rollins began burying Ambrose under the ladder and chairs. This left him all along in the ring. He slowly climbed to the top until Ambrose got up!

The two would climb to the same side of the ladder. They both grabbed the title and pulled it down at the same time. Rollins would come down with the belt.

Rob’s Note: Wow, that was an intense match. The finish was booked very well, too. It made them look even in the end and set up another match between the two down the line. Rollins may go onto face Brock Lesnar but as for Ambrose, who knows what direction he goes in now.
