Rollins thanks everyone for being here for Monday Night Rollins. He acknowledges Dean Ambrose for bringing the fight like never before. Rollins says despite Ambrose bringing his A-game, his was better.

He says when clutching the title last night, he had to hold back his emotions because he was thinking of the people who helped get him to the top. He talks about how far he came and starts taking out a list. But starts thanking himself over and over again.

Rollins says he didn’t need J&J, Kane, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon because of how good he is. He feels he deserves to be in the Hall of Fame.

Rollins began talking about how none of the Cleveland sports teams would win a title and drew huge heat from the crowd. As he said he was leaving, Ambrose came out and the two brawled immediately.

After Rollins escaped, Ambrose took the mic and said the title slipped through his fingers. He said he loves making his life a living hell and will take a seat in the ring until Rollins comes back out.

This was a great opening segment. The crowd was hot for it and hopefully it sets up an exciting night.
