Lillian Garcia Sings “America the Beautiful,” Interrupted by The Un-Americans

Given that this episode took place on Independence Day on July 4, 2002, Lillian Garcia sang “America the Beautiful” to start SmackDown.

While she was singing, the Un-Americans (Lance Storm, Christian and Test) came out to end the song.

Christian asked the fans if anyone knows why they celebrate Independence Day. He said the fans think it’s when Will Smith saved the world from a bunch of aliens.

Storm begins explaining how America became an independent country and turned its back on Britain. He talks about America released their “hostilities” on everyone else in other wars.

Test got on the microphone and talked about how he hates America. The three, in unison said “America sucks.”

Rikishi would come out to face Lance Storm.
