WWE Tough Enough: 5 Options to Replace Hulk Hogan

Rotating Coaches
This idea of having Tough Enough coaches Billy Gunn, Booker T and Lita being rotating judges every week has been rumored already. They work with the competitor almost everyday and would seemingly be the best fit. They could give a proper analysis on who should go home or win the competition.
However, there’s a big issue with this.
If you have the coaches rotate as judges, all three of them get put into an awkward position. They have to put someone in the bottom three who they’ve been working with for weeks. It’s possible that coach has their bottom three pick not go home, leading to a potentially awkward confrontation. While it may lead to that man or woman stepping up in front of the coach, it could also result in an argument or increasing tension.
Since this is a reality show, the producers may salivate over the idea of added drama. This would make that option a possibility. Would the wrestling fans want the extra hoopla? Probably not. There has been very little wrestling on Tough Enough as it is. Last week’s eliminated contestant, Patrick Clark, commented about that in an interview with channelguidemagblog.com.
"“I thought it would be more wrestling related. I don’t know if you saw what Mick Foley tweeted, but he said I made the mistake of thinking ‘Tough Enough’ was a wrestling show and not a reality show. I honestly did make that mistake. Five weeks was not enough time for me to fix it.”"
