Doc Gallows vs. Bad Luck Fale

Result: Bad Luck Fale defeats Doc Gallows via pinfall.

Rating: 2.4 out of 5 stars

This is a matchup of Bullet Club members. They “Too Sweeted” each other before this started.

Gallows and Fale began with a long lockup with neither man’s power being able to over-match the other. They both tried to knock each other down but that didn’t work either.

Fale finally took control with a clothesline over the ropes. Gallows pulled him out and threw a few big right hands. He then tossed Fale hard into the barricade, leading to the match going into the crowd. Gallows bashed him with two railings multiple times.

Inside the barricade, Fale took control with an Irish whip into the rail. The two would go back into the crowd with Fale smashing the rail over Gallows’ back.

In the ring, both men tried knocking each other down but eventually did with clotheslines.

Fale and Gallows started trading right hands in the middle of the ring. They grabbed each other’s throats and locked up until Gallows hit two big kicks and a flurry of elbows. He climbed to the second rope but got picked up by Fale, who hit a thumb to the throat for the win.

Rob’s Note: Not much of a wrestling match here. However, that shouldn’t have been expected. These are two big guys who aren’t known for technical wrestling. They brawl and intimidate smaller opponents most of the time. Given their size, that wasn’t going to happen.

Fale more than likely isn’t winning this tournament so his win doesn’t mean a lot.
