10 WWE Employees That Shouldn’t Be There In 2016

Jack Swagger
A World Heavyweight Champion in 2010, it has been utterly downhill from that point on for Jack Swagger in WWE. It is somewhat bizarre that a superstar with his size, build and ability has found himself relegated so far down the pecking order in such a short space of time. But now Swagger occupies this unfortunate situation, it now feels like just a matter of time before he falls away from the company entirely. There is only so long that someone of his technique can tread water on Main Event.
The biggest indicator of Swagger’s potential release coming up within this calendar year is the fact his manager Zeb Colter is still yet to return from his hiatus. Without his mouthpiece overcoming any promo shortcomings that the Oklahoma native suffers from, there is little to no chance of him getting into a meaningful, compelling feud anytime soon.
Swagger simply doesn’t have the charisma and strength of connection with the crowd that he had this time last year when he was chasing down Rusev for the honor of the American people. But I don’t feel if he’s release Swagger will struggle to find work in another organization, but his WWE tenure is ticking down.
