10 WWE Employees That Shouldn’t Be There In 2016

Erick Rowan
The list begins with the sheep-mask enthusiast Erick Rowan, who looks set to suffer for receiving an injury at the worst possible time. His face turn in the build up to Survivor Series last year was a great shock value moment for fans, but WWE seemingly had no concept of where to go beyond that point.
He faded into the lower reaches of the card as a giant jobber, until he reunited with Luke Harper and turned back to his preferable heel powerhouse. Rowan & Harper looked to be pushing up the Tag Team Division, and could easily be holding the titles heading into SummerSlam had things gone their way.
However, luck was against the crimson-bearded superstar. Rowan suffered a torn bicep in June, ruling him out for an undetermined number of months. From being on the cusp of tag team glory, he was sitting on the sidelines watching Harper return to the side of Bray Wyatt, a situation that should never have been changed.
Should another member be added to the family to make the Wyatt Family a trio once more, that is effectively Rowan’s feet out of the door. His ringwork was not spectacular enough to make him an invaluable performer, and he’ll simply go into the history books as a forgettable big man.
