10 WWE Employees That Shouldn’t Be There In 2016

Adam Rose
This is a choice with the heaviest of hearts, as Adam Rose has been a victim of dragging around a ridiculously contrived and one-dimensional gimmick ever since debuting on the main roster.
As ESPN’s Behind the Curtain documentary aptly demonstrated, Rose has so much character and passion for the business, but it is clear that he is losing faith in his character. Which in his case is fair, because the WWE Universe lost faith in it the minute he walked onto the stage in 2014. A heel turn has not benefited his situation, as he is relegated to jobbing on Main Event.
It really shouldn’t have to be this way for Rose, who had a much more compelling gimmick in NXT as Leo Kruger, the maniacal bounty hunter. Rumors were circulating a couple of weeks ago concerning him readopting that persona to align with the Wyatt Family, which would have unquestionably ensured his long-term future.
But then pictures surfaced of Rose sporting a new look, as a self-obsessed fitness freak, in a tag team with Brad Maddox of all people called “Beef Mode”. Frankly, that team is doomed from the outset, as due to Rose’s decline on the main roster and Maddox’s lengthy absence, this combination will be confined to WWE Superstars within two months of debuting.
