A Charlotte video package is shown, similar to last week’s Becky Lynch one. She says she wants to main event Wrestlemania one day, which she very well may do.
Charlotte w/ Becky Lynch vs Naomi w/ Sasha Banks & Tamina Snuka
Result: Charlotte wins via DQ
Rating: N/A
The match starts with a lot of chain wrestling, and Naomi ends up with the upper hand. Charlotte then catches her taunting and hits her with a chop just like her daddy’s. Charlotte gets the figure eight locked in but Sasha Banks interrupts causing the DQ. It is then announced this is going to be a tag match per the Authority’s decision. Teddy Long is smiling somewhere.
Charlotte & Becky Lynch vs Naomi & Sasha Banks w/ Tamina Snuka
Result: Naomi def. Charlotte by pinfall (roll-up)
Rating: 3.0 stars out of 5 stars
Becky Lynch and Naomi become the main part of the match, with Lynch in control of Naomi. Charlotte tags in and Woos right in Sasha Banks’ face. Charlotte pulls out an array of impressive moves on Naomi. As the ref’s back is turned, Tamina hits Charlotte with a superkick off of the apron. The heels work over Charlotte, including Banks pulling Charlotte down by her hair as Charlotte tried to make a tag. Charlotte powers out of a submission and manages to get the hot tag to Lynch. Becky hits a great T-bone suplex on Naomi, but Naomi eventually regains control as we go to break.
We get back to see Lynch still in the ring being worked over by Team B.A.D. She escapes a submission maneuver from Banks and makes another hot tag to Charlotte, who spears Sasha Banks for a 2 count. Naomi gets in without tagging in, and reverses a Charlotte roll-up for a three count.
Evan’s Notes: A long, well worked tag match after the initial short singles match. I was disappointed when the singles match ended so early, so seeing such a long tag match was great. The Divas Revolution continues!
