Luke Harper w/Bray Wyatt vs Roman Reigns w/ Dean Ambrose

Result: Reigns def. Harper by DQ

Wyatt and Harper make their way out for the next match. Harper gets on the mic. He talks about being born holding the devil’s hand and how he was just always evil. Wyatt talks about how Harper was blind but now can see. He’s about to continue his rant but Ambrose interrupts.

Ambrose says he doesn’t really have anything to say, but he want’s to see Reigns talk with his fists. Reigns them comes out through the crowd for the match.

Reigns goes right at Harper to start the match and Reigns clears him out of the ring to start as we go to commercial break.

Back from the break and Harper is in control. Wyatt is sitting next to the commentary table just watching his family member take on Reigns. Harper maintains his domination or Reigns, not letting him get much offence in at all. Reigns runs Harper’s shoulder into the ring post and manages to catch his breath. The two trade blows and Roman manages to get the upper hand with clotheslines. Reigns gives Harper an apron back drop and a Drive-By Dropkick.

Wyatt stares down Reigns but Ambrose comes to even the odds. Ambrose ends up taking out Wyatt when he tries to interfere, and Wyatt throws Ambrose into the barricade. Back in the ring, Harper hits a huge superkick for a two count. Reigns hits the Superman Punch on Harper and goes for the cover, but Wyatt interferes for the DQ.

A brawl breaks out between the four men with Ambrose hitting a suicide dive onto the Wyatt Family. Reigns dumps both members of the Wyatt Family into the crowd and the Eater of Worlds and his follower retreat through the WWE Universe, leaving the face standing tall.

Evan’s Notes: A really good tv match that sells the match between these four at Summerslam. Harper looked as good as he normally does, and the commentary team did a good job playing up the family aspect of the match. If the rumors are true for SummerSlam then with the story that’s been told, the moment will be that much more impactful.
