Ziggler, Lana & Rusev Segment

Ziggler and Lana come out after the break to talk about his match with Rusev at Summerslam. Ziggler talks about how good it is to be back, and how it frustrated him to see Lana being hurt by Summer Rae putting her in the Accolade. Lana says they have to crush those bastards. Lana talks about how her and Ziggler are a great team, and how happy she is that she slapped Rusev across the face. Ziggler and Lana start to make out, but the Rusev flag comes down from the rafters.

Rusev and Summer Rae come out and Rusev talks about how Ziggler doesn’t know what pain is until they meet at Summerslam. He says Summer will put Lana in the Accolade too, and how Ziggler will be helpless and not able to stop the pain for either of them. Ziggler cuts him off and says his comeback starts on Sunday when he will kick Rusev’s teeth in and end up with Rusev’s girlfriend; the real one.

We get a recap of the contract signing from RAW. Cena cut one of his classic “serious” promos on Rollins and the Authority. I like how much Cena’s chase for #16 has been brought up. They should make it go a lot longer and have him try to get it for a long, long time.
