Bull Dempsey vs. Elias Samson

Result: Bull Dempsey defeats Elias Samson via pinfall.

Rating: 2.4 out of 5 stars

Bull started off with a headlock before being kicked by Samson, who put on a headlock. Dempsey came back with an elbow and hit a back body drop.

Samson then stomped on Dempsey to gain some momentum. He kneed him in the face and got a near-fall.

Samson would put on a headlock and punch Bull before he started “Hulking Up,” or as Rich Brennan said, “Bulling Up.” He would throw multiple right hands and headbutt Samson. He then hit a clothesline to set up a Rikishi-like move on Samson for the win.

Baron Corbin vs. Samoa Joe Recap

We get a brief recap of the match.

Joe then reacts to the win. He says this explosion of energy in the audience is the culmination of NXT. He says his win over Corbin sends a simple message that Joe is here to make a statement. He says he will beat up the biggest and baddest in the locker room until he can get a championship.
