WWE RAW Preview: Will Sting Destroy Seth Rollins’ Statue?

What about John Cena?
After being screwed by Jon Stewart at SummerSlam (Side note: I can’t believe I just wrote that) John Cena was eager to question the man who cost him his United States Championship and a shot at tying Ric Flair’s 16 world title reigns. Last week, Stewart admitted that he believed that Flair’s record should stand forever and what he did was in no means his way of helping Rollins, but preserving history.
First Flair interrupted, saying that he was rooting for John to break the record. Then Cena showed up, and he wasn’t happy. The segment ended with Cena giving an AA to Stewart, then later in the night being taken away by security.
Where does Cena go from here? He no longer has his US Championship and a feud with Stewart would be a waste of Cena’s talents. Most of the other big names are locked up at the moment, so it will be interesting to see what the WWE plans on doing with their version of Superman.
As always, the WWE has a plan with Cena and we should find out the beginnings of that plan tonight. And with Cena not having the US Title anymore, that takes away the US Open Challenges that have been the highlights of RAW each week. They could keep him off TV for a couple of weeks, and bring him back once the dust settles between Rollins and Sting, or they could have a feud for him in place and it will be revealed tonight.
What are you looking forward to tonight on Raw?
