Ryback Interview

Ryback praises the IC Championship’s fighting champions. He calls Seth Rollins a weasel and how he always escapes out of harm’s way. He then put over Rollins. Ryback says he has some plans of his own (he starts a Feed Me More chant).

Kevin Owens then came up while eating an apple and wanted to wish Ryback good luck in his match. Owens says Ryback looks a little hungry and shouldn’t bite off more than he can chew.

We get a video explaining what happened last week between these four.

Seth Rollins vs. Ryback

Result: Ryback defeats Seth Rollins via pinfall.

Rollins rolled out of the ring before Ryback could get his hands on him. When he got back in, Ryback shoved him down, leading to Rollins leaving the ring.

Rollins and Ryback would lock up with the latter getting a shoulder tackle, sending Rollins fleeing.

In the ring, Ryback hit another shoulder tackle for a one count. He then locked in Rollins’ arm until he broke it with the ropes. This led to Rollins getting an edge by beating Ryback down. Ryback would retaliate with a bench press and a knee to the back. Ryback then hit a chop and a suplex for a near-fall. Rollins would roll out of the ring. The two would brawl outside the ring as Rollins threw Ryback into the steel steps.

We come back to Ryback rallying until he went shoulder first into the steel post. Rollins would hit a neck-breaker for a near-fall. Rollins would clip Ryback with a knee for another near-fall.

Rollins hit an elbow to the head. Ryback would answer with a back body drop to get some momentum. He then hit a shoulder tackle but Rollins attempted a Pedigree after it. Rollins went for a superkick but Ryback countered it with a takedown for a near-fall.

Ryback then went to the top rope. Rollins met him up there but got knocked off. Ryback went for a splash but missed and almost got pinned.

Rollins then knocked Ryback out of the ring twice. Rollins then launched through the ropes and drove Ryback into the barricade. He would hit a second dive.

In the ring, Ryback hit a big spinebuster. He set up for a meat hook clothesline and hit it. As he went for Shellshock, Rollins countered. Rollins would hit an enziguri on Ryback until Sting appeared on the screen.

Sting said Rollins looks so preoccupied. He said we’re and we’re waiting (referring to him and the statue). Ryback then rolled up Rollins into the small package for the win.

Sting then appeared on the screen with a mask and put it on the statue.

Rob’s Note: Interesting finish to this. Is Ryback now going to get a shot at one of Rollins’ titles?
