The Architect vs. The Cerebral Assassin?
Just like with CM Punk at the beginning of 2014, the seeds are being planted for the future. Eventually, the world is going to see Seth Rollins as a face, take on Triple H one-on-one.
There’s no guarantee of The Rock facing Triple H at WrestleMania 32 in Arlington, so Rollins against The Game could be a legitimate possibility. The defining seed could be planting at Night of Champions by Triple H. Each week on Raw as of late, you can see and feel a bit of tension between Rollins and Triple H.
Just like Randy Orton and Batista both did over a decade ago, Seth Rollins is going to face his creator. Both were able to dispatch their mentor and reach new levels of superstardom, which could be the plan for Rollins.
Regardless of what happens at Night of Champions or even further down the road, Seth Rollins has ascended into the main event picture, and he’s not going anywhere.
