  1. Falls Count Anywhere

Just missing the top 15 on our list is the Falls Count Anywhere match, which brought a little more sizzle to the table that the match at number 17. It would be a great moment to see a match finish in the dressing room or by the popcorn vendor out on the concourse. It was different and fun to watch. It was this concept that saw the Hardcore Title become a fun segment on TV.

Take a Street Fight/Extreme Rules Match and add in the stipulation that the match could end anywhere in the arena. That is what the Falls Count Anywhere match brings to the table.

The Falls Count Anywhere match attempted to add a new element to the concept of the Street Fight, and it did just that. After years of being an absolute brawl of a match, the new PG era of wrestling has diluted what a Falls Count Anywhere can bring out of two superstars and the type of spots they can perform.

In recent years, less variety of weapons have been used, the two superstars don’t go around the arena as much as year’s past and the overall quality of the matches have downgraded, leaving the Falls Count Anywhere match at the number 16 spot on the list.
