  1. Survivor Series Tag Match

Creeping into the top-10 of our list is a tag team match that made the Survivor Series PPV one of the “Big-4” and must watch wrestling.

The tag match on steroids. Two teams of five, normally with some stipulation involved took part in an elimination style tag match that normally has drama, quality wrestling and storytelling like no other tag match can provide. 10 wrestlers, with 10 different individual mindsets sometime putting their differences aside to work together for one common goal.

It’s limited to once a year, at the Survivor Series PPV, which gives it a bit more of importance, as those picked to participate are the only ones that will take part in that match for that year. Superstars are put in make-shift factions to take down some sort of bragging rights, or a prize that has been put on the line.

The only negative has been the lack of meaning behind some of these matches, with it feeling more forced as superstars are thrown together in order to put on a match. That seemed to change this past year with Team Cena vs. Team Authority and hopefully that is a trend that continues.

Notable Match: Team Austin (Shawn Michaels, Booker T, RVD and the Dudley Boyz) vs. Team Bischoff (Chris Jericho, Christian, Randy Orton, Mark Henry and Scott Steiner) at Survivor Series 2003
