John Cena and The Dudley Boyz vs. New Day

Result: New Day defeats John Cena and The Dudley Boyz via pinfall.

Rating: 2.8 out of 5 stars

D-Von and Kofi started this match. After a few punches, Bubba Ray tagged in and attacked Kofi. Cena tagged in and worked stomps. D-Von and Bubba Ray tagged in and worked stomps, too.

Bubba Ray would an elbow and double shoulder tackle with D-Von on Kofi. Cena tagged in and hit the FKS.

Big e then tagged in and New Day began to go to work on Cena with stomps. Kofi then held Cena until the latter fought back with punches. Kofi would slide underneath Cena and stop his momentum, only to tag in Big E. The former IC Champion hit a splash for a near-fall.

Big E went for another splash but Cena rolled out of the way. D-Von tagged in and hit a flurry of punches on Kofi. He then hit a big shoulder tackle and neckbreaker off the second rope.

Bubba would come in and hit Bubba Bomb for the near-fall. D-Von then tagged in and the hit the “Whazzup.” They called for the 3D but Woods pulled away Bubba. Kofi hit Trouble in Paradise for the win.

Rob’s Note: Decent six-man tag match. I think this was also the Dudley’s first loss since they returned to WWE last month. They now go into the WWE MSG show this Saturday against New Day for the WWE Tag Team Championship. But I’m sure Michael Cole has reminded you about this maybe 10 times tonight.
