4. Roman Reigns

While we’re on the topic of Bray Wyatt and needs, no one has done more for Roman Reigns of late than Bray himself. Spots four and five on this list were a toss-up between Reigns and the Wyatts this week, simply coming down to who got the win on Raw. Other than that, the two are neck and neck.

Roman Reigns’ evolution since WrestleMania has been undeniable, similar to Wyatt’s momentum ever since SummerSlam. What started as a so-so feud between two guys with nothing better to do, has turned into perhaps the best program in the WWE right now. Their six-man tag match this week undoubtedly paled in comparison to the absolute slobberknocker the two endured last Monday, but the palpable tension and chemistry between Reigns and Wyatt increased yet again.

Nothing can slow Reigns and Wyatt down after last week’s match-of-the-year candidate. They are both at the top of their game right now, bringing the best out of one another every time they share the screen. There isn’t a match I’m looking forward to more at HIAC than the culmination of this longstanding rivalry, and it’s hard to predict who will emerge victorious, once and for all.
